This Intellectual Property Policy (“IP Policy”) explains how OLLOMA (“we,” “us,” or “our”) treats the intellectual property rights of our users and protects the proprietary assets of the Platform. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Your Content & Business Ideas
All information you submit through our wizard — including your business idea, market descriptions, strategic plans, competitive landscape, and any other business information — remains your exclusive intellectual property. By submitting this information to OLLOMA, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your study. This license terminates upon delivery of the study or deletion of your data.
OLLOMA does not claim any ownership, rights, or interest in your business ideas, survey responses, or any content you provide. Not now, not ever.
Your Study — Ownership & License
The AI-powered market study generated for you is delivered under a non-exclusive, perpetual license for your internal business use. You may freely use, share, and distribute your study for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Sharing with co-founders, investors, board members, or advisors
- Including in business plans, pitch decks, or strategic documents
- Presenting to banks, financial institutions, or grant agencies
- Internal distribution within your organization
You may not resell, sublicense, publicly publish for commercial distribution, or present the study as your own original research or as a competing product or service. OLLOMA does not retain copies of your study for internal use, does not repackage or redistribute your study, and does not make it available to any party other than you.
OLLOMA Platform Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform itself — including its methodology, proprietary prompts, templates, algorithms, user interface, design, code, and underlying technology — are and remain the exclusive property of OLLOMA. Nothing in this IP Policy or in your use of the Platform grants you any rights in the Platform’s intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Platform as described in our Terms of Service.
The OLLOMA name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of OLLOMA. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
What We Will Never Do
OLLOMA commits to the following principles regarding your intellectual property. We will never:
- Share your idea, survey responses, or study with other users, companies, or any third party
- Sell, license, or give away your business information or generated content
- Use your inputs to build competing products, services, or businesses
- Publish, display, or make your study available to anyone other than you
- Use your data to train AI models or create derivative works
- Aggregate your business data with other users’ data for any commercial purpose
Data Handling & Security
Your survey responses and generated studies are stored securely so you can access them from your dashboard at any time. All data is protected with industry-standard encryption:
Confidential Access
Only you can view your studies through your authenticated account. OLLOMA personnel do not access your studies or survey responses unless you explicitly request support assistance.
Encrypted Storage
All survey data and study content is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your study PDFs are private files accessible only through secure, signed download links tied to your account.
AI Providers & Third-Party Processing
To generate your study, we send your survey responses (not your name, email, or personal identity) to AI providers through commercial API agreements. Here is what you should know:
- We use enterprise-grade API plans where your data is not used for model training
- We never share your personal information (name, email, payment details) with AI providers
- AI providers process your request transiently and do not retain your business information
- All data sent to AI providers is transmitted over encrypted connections
Data Deletion
You may request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your account, survey responses, and all generated studies within 30 days. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. We do not retain copies of your data after a deletion request has been fulfilled, except where retention is required by applicable law.
